Using KeenInvoice

KeenInvoice is free to use, for personal and commercial purposes, without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your documents are yours

You own the documents you create. We do not receive them, so we claim no rights in them. You may use the PDFs however you like, including commercially, and they carry no KeenInvoice branding.

You are responsible for their content

KeenInvoice is a tool for laying out documents. It does not check that a document meets the legal or tax requirements of your country, and nothing on the site is tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your documents — amounts, tax rates, tax numbers, dates — and for issuing, keeping and reporting them as your local rules require. Some countries require business invoices to be issued through a government e-invoicing system; a PDF made here does not replace that.

Do not use KeenInvoice to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents.

Keeping your data

Your documents are stored only in your browser. We cannot see, back up or restore them. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or the browser’s own storage limits can remove them. Exporting backups regularly is your responsibility.

The site itself

The site’s design, text and code belong to AREALME. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the site wholesale, frame it as your own, or load it with automated traffic that degrades it for others.

No warranty

KeenInvoice is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the calculations correct and test them, but we do not guarantee that the site is error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AREALME is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or business, arising from your use of KeenInvoice or of documents made with it.
